We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. REFUND POLICY
Squishy Starfish wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, or request an refund, please review the following policy foe details on returns, refunds and cancellations.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds are offered under the following conditions:
- DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS - if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within & days of delivery with photographic proof and we will do our best to provide a refund or send a replacement. Bear in mind, some items may not be exact replacements due to the nature of the materials of the items sent.
- INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS - If you receive the wrong item or quantity, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by either refunding or sending the correct items.
- NON-RETURNABLES - Certain items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Non-returnables include custom or personalised orders.
- RETURNS POLICY - If you are unsatisfied with your order (and it doesn't fall under the non-returnable category), we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Contact for Returns: Reach out within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return an item. The item must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
- Conditions of Return - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition otherwise buyers are responsible for any loss in value.
- Refund Process - To request a refund, contact us at squishystarfish.info@yahoo.com with your order number and details of the issue. We may ask for photos of damaged and defective items.
- Return Items - For returns, we'll provide shipping instructions. Please use a trackable service as buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Refund Approval - After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
- NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS - Refunds won't be offered in the following cases;
- Change of mind.
- Items returned in damaged or used condition (unless faulty on arrival).
- Request made more than 7 days after date of delivery.
